Friday Afternoon Happy Hour Bonus

Second try.  Rather than embedding just hit the link below and scroll down to "Bonnie Little Grace".

My friend Clay Riness, a good guy, great American, fine guitar player, song writer, fiddler, trout guide, cigar smokin, bourbon lovin, God-fearin, good old boy, wrote what I belive to be the quintessential father daughter love ballad, right here; www.wearywolfjournal.blogspot.com

Enjoy. I will make it a point to have weary wolf journal my very first  blog roll entry, as soon I figure out how to do that.

This goes out to all my reader friends who are parents of daughters, Jan, Zwick, Bob O, et. al. but especially to a special daughter of another good buddy and reader, Red Pepper, whose girl, Brenna, is a member of the Texas State Bar as of this week.

Suffice it only to say that if she is typical of the calibre put out by law schools these days our future is in good hands.

Way to go Brenna Sanchez.  You done did good girl.

Thanks for sharing the beautiful love ballad of "the Wolf's" with us. Wonder if only we conservatives tearfully enjoy a true testament to family values like his song evoked in me? It's reflective moments like these that inspire me to be even more dedicated to defending our cause for the sake, and futures, of our daughters (and sons). Keep up the good work, Frank!
