The buildings in the background of the photos sent out do not look like any Concentration camp I ever saw (Dachau-Mauthausen) but look like buildings that had been either bombed or shelled......which never happened at at ANY prison camp in germany

McCain's voting record alone disqualifies him from getting my vote.
I tend to agree with Glenn Beck's analysis of the GOP. I will NOT vote to enable the party to stay on this leftist path. It is time to expose the machine. I say poo poo to the GOP and good riddance until 2012. The military complex will deal with terrorism threats. Thank you GW for making it possible. Goodbye GOP until Mitt 2012.

Wow! I'm in print. That's your opinion and you're entitled to that and I would imagine whatever I chose to give credit to President Clinton you would discredit.

My only question is, what does popularity have to do with helping make a positive difference in the world? I don't think President Clinton was concerned with popularity. If that were the case, he wouldn't have dared approach Arafat for fear of alienating Israel.

Hell, I could go on, but I won't. It's all opinion and perspective and for everything you believe I could refute it and vice versa. Thanks for the shout and giving me my 15 seconds. I still don't agree with your views. But this is America and I don't have to. Isn't it great?!

Frank -
You're kids are fortunate to have parents like you and Minda. Positive / Active parenting is a much bigger problem in most communities and the solution does not lie in the hands of our politicians.
As I know you will, we must continue to be positive role models for our children, who will "hopefully" grow to be young adults with similar interests, passions and morals as us.
I agree our political system is in disrepair and could use modifying. I'm also sensitive to the fact that we are indeed the fortunate ones on this earth. However cliché'... we don't have to look very far to realize we are indeed blessed to be living in the United States, even with our political chaos (locally, regionally, and nationally) as it is.
Good luck on the move. It's one of life's big events.

I voted for Reagan as a direct slap to the Democratic yellow spined Carter who left the Iran hostage crisis in the vacuum for far too long. Nothing made me happier than when Tehran released our citizens right when Reagan was taking the oath of office.
They new what would happen if they didn't!

By "a good politician" I do not mean in the moral sense-but as someone who did what it took to stay in power-I hesitate to even call him a democrat-he used the party to get into power but his accomplishments were, as you state ,from the right which absolutely had the right paralyzed and confused-I too wonder about his charisma though I have spoken to a few who worked with him on some issues and they, without exception, claim he can command a room as few can-As someone who has a lifetime interst in history, I believe historians will not be too kind about Bill's legacy and will focus on how he stole the thunder from the right-I certainly agree that this election should be one for the books-i am enjoying your site- it gives me food for thought while end of school year routine affords me the opportunity to indulge........Vic
